Overview: A Decisive Quarter of Execution
The past three months marked a clear inflection point for Virtuals Protocol. We completed the permanent transition from Genesis to Unicorn as primary agent launch mechanism, shipped ACP into full production (crossing $300 M in agentic GDP), upgraded Butler to Gemini 3 Pro with native trading and capital allocation capabilities, launched Virtuals Robotics with half a million real-world tasks collected, and expanded ecosystem distribution through listings on Robinhood, OKX, Coinbase, and inclusion in Grayscale’s AI Crypto Sector.
These milestones were delivered in parallel across every layer of the stack, launches, commerce, interface, and physical intelligence. creating compounding leverage rather than isolated features. The rest of this report details what shipped, why it matters, and where we’re headed next.
Genesis Retired → Unicorn Era Begins
Laying the foundation for sustainable aGDP generation.
In October we officially retired Genesis. All remaining points were converted to final airdrop eligibility during a three-week migration window that closed in October.
Unicorn is now the primary launch framework. It ties founder conviction directly to valuation milestones and provides early $VIRTUAL stakers with transparent, scalable allocations.
The initial Unicorn cohort delivered strong product-market fit across multiple verticals: privacy, robotics, prediction markets, perpetual trading, data labeling, options trading strategies, and more.
Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP): Production Grade
ACP is now the primary economic rail for thousands of agents:
Agentic GDP (aGDP) surpassed $300M, one of the first time an agent ecosystem has reached this level of autonomous onchain economic output

Butler from Assistant to Agent Facilitator
Butler received its most significant upgrade cycle to date:
Backend migrated to Google Gemini 3 Pro (step-change in reasoning and multi-step execution)
Swap any agent directly with Butler on X.
Open and manage perpetual positions directly with Butler on X.
Launched Pudgy AI, that can turn ideas into tailored Pudgy Penguin videos. Each request runs as an x402 transaction through ACP, executed by Butler on X.
Agentic Fund of Funds live, autonomously routes capital across leading vaults with weekly $VIRTUAL rewards
Ongoing work on dynamic capability-mixing across specialized agents
Virtuals Robotics: The Biggest Step Forward in aGDP Since Launch
